Can I host my images, media, and files on Stream Feeds?

Yes, you can. But file size is limited to 100mb. Stream recommends using a CDN and enriching feed activities with a link to the media. 

Stream's upload() endpoint serves as a CDN and returns a URL that can be embedded in a user or feed activity.
